Enrollment Information

To be eligible for QuestKids Academy, your child must be at least 5 years old.* If you are interested in applying, we recommend that you contact us for an appointment to visit and tour the school.

The deadline to apply for the 2011-2012 school year is March 31, 2011. The deadline to return completed admissions paperwork and signed contracts for accepted students is April 15, 2011.

* Other requirements vary based on the desired student/teacher ratio. Please call QuestKids Academy for details.

The Application Process

Step 1: Fill out and submit a completed application by March 31, 2011.

Step 2: If applicable, QuestKids Academy will schedule an evaluation to determine eligibility. At this time, a one-time evaluation fee of $200 is required (note: this fee is waived for families currently in the QuestKids program).

Step 3: QuestKids Academy will notify you if your child has been accepted and will mail you an admissions packet.

Step 4: Fill out and submit the completed admissions packet and signed contracts by April 15, 2011.

Step 5: File intent with the McKay Scholarship Program.

Tuition

Tuition varies and is based on student/teacher ratios for therapy (1:1, 2:1 or 3:1). These ratios are determined by the evaluation performed by QuestKids Academy staff.

Tuition is paid monthly and is due by the first of the month. QuestKids Academy is an accredited McKay Scholarship Program provider. For more information about QuestKids Academy tuition rates, please call 407.218.4300 ext. 4331.
